Please note that specialty services such as  de-shedding, medicated treatments, or custom-scented shampoos may incur  additional costs. Our goal is to provide the best care and grooming  experience for your pet, leaving them looking and feeling their best. 

 All full-service dog grooming appointments include a breed-appropriate  brush-out tailored to your dog’s specific requirements. The tools and  time allocated for this service are determined by your dog's breed and  individual needs, ensuring that each pet receives the care necessary for  their coat type. Our team is committed to providing the highest level  of grooming to enhance your dog’s appearance and comfort. 

 We strive to deliver a haircut that aligns with your preferences and  your pet's grooming capabilities. While we always do our best to meet  your requests, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome due to factors  such as coat condition or potential miscommunication. Please note that  any concerns must be raised at pick-up, as we cannot issue refunds for  decisions made after the appointment. This includes ear cleaning, nail trimming, and the application of finishing sprays or perfumes, should they be deemed appropriate. If you prefer not to have any scented products used, please inform us at drop-off. Additionally, we may provide a complimentary bow, bandana, or other accessory if available to complete your pet's grooming experience.

We provide nail trims, or cut and file as a standalone service.

Available as a stand alone service, or as an addon to our bath and brush service, we will do a cleanup trim on your pets face, feet, and sanitary areas to keep them looking their best in between their full haircuts. 

If you have a doodle, or other long coat on your dog, we are more than happy to have them come in in-between their grooming appointments for us to brush them and blow out their coat to help keep them mat free.
